By downloading or using ExamPrep AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using ExamPrep AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ExamPrep AI is an AI-powered quiz generation application that allows users to photograph study materials and generate practice quizzes. The service is available in free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

ExamPrep AI offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium subscription plan. Premium features are only available to paying subscribers. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to the payment platform's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.

6. Cancellation and Account Deletion

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Profile settings.
• Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service

8. Intellectual Property

ExamPrep AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. AI-Generated Content

Quiz questions are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. ExamPrep AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify important information independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

ExamPrep AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to academic performance outcomes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
